Cobalt is representing a well known UK Property Business who, after bucking the market trend by growing through 2020, is seeking to bolster the team further by hiring an established FM to take ownership of a mixed use portfolio across London. With autonomy over your properties, you'll lead the charge in delivering a comprehensive modern FM service to your occupiers, working with the support of a market-leading team and wider business.
Key responsibilities include:
The setting, management, and reconciliation of annual service charge budget for the portfolio.
The management and key point of contact for key stakeholder relationships.
To ensure the portfolio is continually operational from a maintenance perspective, ensuring all relevant reactive and proactive measures are taken to ensure continued operations.
Management and setting of all relevant health and documents and their continued compliance by everyone on the sites.
Management of all external contractors that are on site, including KPIs and SLAs.
Key requirements include:
Experience in facilities management within the commercial real estate sector.
Working and demonstrable knowledge of service charge budgeting.
Proven experience in managing both hard and soft service provider contractors.
Minimum qualification of IOSH is required, a NEBOSH qualification and/or IWFM membership would be advantageous
Extensive experience of maintaining whole buildings, including building fabric and plant rooms.
The ability to maintain and manage stakeholder relationships and assist in the development of key client relationships.
