Finance Analyst - JN 73266

Cobalt are working with a boutique real estate firm, currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join the business.

This role will support the Managing Director and other Senior Board Members in analysing real estate opportunities, as well as presenting key information to investors.

You will be tasked with preparing financial data, as well as building up numerical information that can be used when looking at new as well as reviewing existing real estate opportunities.

Key Duties include but not limited:

• Providing detailed financial analysis of prospective opportunities

• Developing and maintaining key financial data in relation to the new and existing property portfolio

• Providing general finance and property analysis as required by the business

• Support the wider business on ad-hoc duties

• Liaise with third parties and present detailed information internally

Experience required

• 1:1 or 2:1 from University

• Passion for real estate and private equity

• Numerical with a a high attention to detail

• Work well within a small team/ business environment
