Financial Analyst
£60,000-£65,000
Cobalt are working with a leading Property Consultancy, currently seeking a Financial Analyst who is an expert in Power BI to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join in a commercial capacity, assisting the Financial Controller in making improvements to data, automating reporting and focusing on process improvements.
Key duties include:
Streamlining management and departmental accounts alongside monthly board reports
Assist with modelling dashboards alongside key stakeholders in the business to create data solutions
Improve the financial reporting by using Power BI to create useful dashboards
Standardise reports by using Power BI
Continuously driving change and improvement
Support management of multiple internal/external stakeholders
Key requirements:
Qualified ACCA/ ACA/CIMA or equivalent
Previous real estate experience
Expert in Power BI, creating reports and creating dashboards
Stakeholder management experience
