Finance Business Partner
£65,000 + bonus
London, hybrid
A Finance Business Partner is required within a market-leading Property consultancy, specialising across the entire Real Estate market. The Business Partner will provide critical support to the commercial side of the firm, reporting directly to Commercial Finance Partner.
This role is an excellent career prospect given the access to senior level stakeholders who have a wealth of commercial finance and real estate knowledge. This FP&A-focused role will gain a full understanding, through variance analysis and KPIs of all facets that affect a leading Consultancy within Real Estate.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead department heads through budget, forecast and LRP processes
Prepare monthly income and cost analysis/performance summaries, as well as variance analysis and KPIs
Presenting performance updates to sub-divisional boards
Overseeing and post-investment appraisals on capital expenditure
Preparing ad-hoc viability analysis
Consistently analysing staff costs, discretionary expenditure, accommodation and other costs
Liaising with central accounts to ensure queries on actual and plan are dealt with promptly
Key Requirements
Experienced and fully qualified accountant, CIMA/ACCA/ACA
FP&A/business partnering experience is necessary, as well as knowledge of the Real Estate market
Technically strong, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience of SAP, BPC and Business Objects is desirable
