Finance Manager, Full-Time, Permanent, £37,000 Per Annum, Oxfordshire

My client is a global real estate services business looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Oxfordshire. This role will be responsible the financial administration of the service charges, utilities, and other costs.

Main duties include:

  • Monitoring and analysing with the site team all service charge expenditure across the business units including the estate expenditure
  • Processing of estate re-charges making sure calculations are correct
  • Working with stakeholders to perform interim reviews of the service charge and then to ensure all service charge closures are audited
  • Quality reviews of income charged to occupiers reconciling to the tenancy schedule
  • Monitor service charge income and ensuring income is accounted for correctly
  • Work with the FM/PM team on the preparation and presentation of annual budgets
  • Formal forecasting to identify issues in advance and suggest action where required
  • Investigating and management of cashflow problems across the portfolio

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid account management background preferably in Real Estate
  • Experience in business park management desirable but not essential
  • Experience in service charge accounting desirable but not essential
  • Ability to interpret and analyse financial data to present to stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate delivery to stakeholders
