Overview

A private family property business is seeking a Finance Manager to join their friendly team on a part time basis for 2-3 days per week. If you are looking for an all-encompassing finance role within a friendly environment then you are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

As finance manager you will be responsible for 3 entities and your duties will include:

• Leading on budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounts
• Quarterly VAT submission
• Monitor and manage company cashflow
• Management and control of overheads as well as credit control
• Aid with service charge accounting and budget setting
• Assist with other finance tasks as per the needs of the business

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• A minimum of 3 years' experience a finance manager role
• Property experience is beneficial but not essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a strong attention to detail
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Experience using Xero
