Cobalt is currently supporting a fantastic Commercial Real Estate Investment Management firm in their search for a Finance Manager to join their team, with the opportunity for this role to turn permanent in the future.

Our client is looking to hire a Finance Manager to support the team in the preparation of monthly accounting for all indirect entities and prepare statutory financial statements for some corporate entities.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of statutory financial statements for some corporate entities

• Preparation of monthly accounting for three indirect entities

• Balance sheet reconciliations

• KPI reporting

• Input into monthly variance analysis

• Review accounting work of indirect entities

• Point of contact for internal and external auditors

• Creating efficiencies

• Other adhoc tasks

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified

• Good technical experience with IFRS and UK GAAP

• Experience producing reports and financial statements

• Real Estate experience
