Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant, Part-time (3 - 4 days per week), £50,000 Per Annum (Pro - Rata) Manchester City Centre.

My client are looking for a Financial Accountant with capacity to work three to four days a week for an exciting and innovative Property Development and Investment company in the heart of Manchester city centre.

This role is perfect for a sole accountant operating with extra capacity to work and the post will be a mixture of management and financial accounting, helping to facilitate the continued improvement and expansion of the company with an emphasis on financial controls and processes using Xero and Re-Leased software.

Daily duties will include:

• Quarterly management accounts with commentary

• Audit perpetration and filing

• Statutory accounts

• PAYE

• VAT

• CIS

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent

• Experience of SME company accounts

• Ideally have a proven track record of working with Real Estate clients.
