Financial Accountant - Interim
Cobalt is currently working with a Premier pan-European logistics investor who are looking to add an interim Financial Accountant to their growing team.
Our client is looking for a qualified Financial Accountant to join their Finance team on an interim basis, to support in the year-end period; this would include focusing on the preparation of consolidated management accounts and assisting with the statutory accounts preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and consolidation of management accounts, including the posting of managing agent statements
Preparation of quarterly and monthly UK VAT returns
Balance sheet reconciliations
Preparing financial statements (IFRS, UK GAAP and FRS102)
Assisting with statutory accounts preparation
Assisting with any ad hoc client information requests
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
Property fund accounting knowledge
Sound knowledge of UK GAAP & IFRS/ FRS 102
Knowledge of Sage/Yardi is beneficial
Strong Excel skills
