Financial Analyst- Top Global Consultancy
A top global real estate organisation is seeking a financial analyst to join their Global Occupier Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a real estate and/or finance background to join one the of markets best in commercial real estate.
You will be working within their Corporate Occupier team acting on behalf of occupier clients across the UK and EMEA. The role will be working with high profile clients, delivering on key business projects.
Finance Analyst Responsibilities:
Delivering key financial analysis for major clients.
Working closely with the team on collating market inputs for leasing and capital market transactions.
Business generation for key occupier clients.
Assisting in pitch creation for target clients.

Financial Analyst Requirements:
Advanced Excel financial modelling skills.
High level of analytical ability.
Real Estate, finance or accounting background.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional qualification in Real Estate, Finance or Accounting.
Salary from £40,000- £45,000 per annum, plus performance based bonus and benefits package.
