Interim Financial Controller - 12 months

London

£90,000 per annum

We're partnered with a Global Real Estate Investor and Developer in London, who are looking to hire an interim Financial Controller to oversee the financial reporting and budgeting for corporate entities and SPVs.

This is a maternity cover of 12 months, requiring an experienced Real Estate Accountant who has experience dealing with Real Estate development projects, owning and tweaking cashflow models, and oversight of outsourced accounting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership and maintenance of Excel project cashflow models, looking at IRR

  • Preparing the statutory financial statements and approving the monthly management accounts

  • Manage one direct report

  • Intercompany account reconciliations

  • Tax oversight of projects

  • Process improvement

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant (or equivalent)

  • Strong Excel working knowledge

  • Real Estate Development/ Investment experience
