Financial Controller - 12 month FTC

Cobalt is currently supporting a fantastic Real Estate Developer in their search for a Financial Controller on a FTC basis.
Our client is looking to hire a Financial Controller for the day to day oversight and management of the corporate finance team as they go through a period of growth in their developments.
Key responsibilities:
Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting pack
Maintain the accounting system, nominal ledger and consolidation mapping
Oversight of the budget process
Lead annual audit process
Reviewing year-end payroll
Oversee cashflow forecast
Managing the AP team
Business partnering across the business
Preparing annual group consolidations for multiple entities
Requirements:
Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
Real Estate experience
Experience leading a finance team
Good Excel skills
Hands-on approach
