FM Services Manager

Cobalt is working with a prestigious property business that as they launch a new brand aimed at providing a fully integrated FM service provision within the flexible workspace sector. This role will see you reporting into the head of the business directly, and will give you the resources and autonomy to build a first-class facilities set up across a growing portfolio of serviced office across London, Birmingham and Manchester.

This role with see you spearheading the long-term strategy and delivery, making it a unique opportunity for an FM to build something lasting in their own image, with the support of a global giant of the real estate world.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Work closely with Head of the Business on the mobilisation/opening of new properties;

• Ownership and oversight of all soft and hard services

• Ensuring a proactive preventative maintenance program is in place, building PPM schedules where necessary;

• Delivery of a Sustainability framework;

• Helping to ensure Health and Safety best practice and full compliance

• Procurement - identifying key partners to deliver across core FM functions;

• Liaising with the operational site teams in terms of handover and operational management.

Our client is looking for an established Senior FM with experience of implementing new procedures and a tangible track record in change management positively impacting an FM service provision. You'll have had direct exposure to clients previously, and be able to demonstrate evidence of opening new site(s). An IOSH or NEBOSH is essential. A service office background would be desirable but not essential.
