Fund Accountant - Interim

Our client is looking for a recently qualified Fund Accountant to join their Finance team on an interim basis, to support in the running of a global real estate fund. Focusing on investor financial reporting and investment valuation and performance, the successful candidate will be working closely with the overseas investment management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly investor reporting

• Review the financial reporting of the Fund's vehicles (inc. review of NAV and dividend calculations)

• Assisting with global tax compliance

• Manage and be responsible for the fund's investments performance measurement.

• Assist Fund Controller with the quarterly valuation process, preparing the investment valuations for Fund's quarterly pricing committee

• Managing monthly and quarterly reporting

• Stakeholder management across the investment team, client services, third-party fund administrators and auditors

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA - recently qualified

• Audit/ working experience within Real Estate is essential

• Sound knowledge of UK GAAP & IFRS

• Interpret complex financial information

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong Excel skills
