Cobalt is currently supporting a fantastic Real Estate Investment firm in their search for an interim Fund Controller.

Our client is looking to hire an interim Fund Controller to support their European funds and development assets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review of quarterly financial reporting under IFRS & FRS102

  • responsible for European property fund

  • Prepare investor reporting and oversee debt reporting

  • Review of consolidation reporting

  • Review of statutory accounts prepared under local GAAP

  • review management information, financial reporting and statutory accounts

  • Liaising with auditors

Requirements:

  • Fund and Real Estate market experience

  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP & IFRS

  • Solid statutory financial accounting knowledge

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
