A leading global real estate company is currently seeking a Research Analyst to join their Global Research Team based in Central London.
You will work as part of a team focusing on market-leading global research programmes across Commercial, Residential and Alternatives asset classes.
Key Research Analyst responsibilities include:
Conducting research and writing insightful and engaging research content for internal stakeholders.
Develop thought leadership on a wide range of global real estate sectors and trends.
Input into and manage research publication, blogs and press releases.
Liaise with research colleagues and contacts across the global business.
Analyse and interrogate data and market intelligence, using Excel.
Collect and manage data from a range of sources.
Key Research Analyst requirements include:
Degree qualified.
Ability to analyse large and varied data sets to identify trends and themes.
Strong attention to detail and written skills.
Numerate with a mathematical skill set and excellent Excel skills.
Self-starter and good time management skills.
Salary is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus corporate benefits and bonus potential.
Office based in Central London.
