My client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their busy Marketing team of 9 at a fantastic real estate agency based in South West London with offices Nationwide.

This role will work across both design, artwork and production to support the marketing and communications strategy for the Group with a lot of autonomy.

You will have a versatile skill set, ideally with experience in print and digital, and be passionate about brand.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Create and supply artwork as briefed, according to brand guidelines as part of ongoing projects, campaigns and ad hoc requests which may include;

• Print and press advertising

• Digital assets and online advertising

• Flyers

• Direct mail

• Outdoor advertising

• Ownership of artwork and production jobs

• Copy chasing for print advertising and sponsorships

• Attending and assisting at photo shoots

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders acting as an ambassador for the marketing and communications team and the company

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and agencies

• Work with our creative agency on larger projects

• Where required manage budgets and cost estimates against agreed brief

• Develop and deliver against agreed project timelines including the taking of responsibility for relevant projects as directed

The successful candidate must be Mac proficient with intermediate level of Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat, Word, and Excel
