Our client is currently seeking a Group Accountant to join their Growing Finance Team on a long term contract. The successful candidate will be involved in every aspect of the Finance Department and will be reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller. This is an exciting opportunity to join a European Real Estate company with a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quarterly consolidation, reporting under IFRS, and using local GAAP.

• Consolidation of the annual budget and annual forecast.

• Having competent knowledge of the OneStream application.

• Liaising with external auditors to make sure tax efficient and risk mitigated movement of funds around the company.

• Helping managers with restructuring and opening of new offices in different locations.

• Bank, covenant, and treasury reporting.

Key Requirements:

• ACA/ ACCA/CIMA Qualified, or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation.

• Competent knowledge of OneStream and Yardi is desirable.

• Experience within the Real Estate industry.

• Pan European group experience.

• Able to work within a fast-paced environment and work well within a team.
