Group Accountant - 6-9 months
£300-£350 per day (inside IR35)
Cobalt is exclusively partnering with a market leading Real Estate Developer in their search for an interim Group Accountant to support the team over the coming months, providing comprehensive support. Our client prides themselves in implementing sustainable strategies to reach their overall goals.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Finance Director and will be mainly focused on the consolidations.
Key responsibilities:
Preparation and review of consolidated financial statements compliant with IFRS within strict timelines
Preparation of individual statutory financial statements
Preparation and review of consolidated management accounts
Deal with external auditors and respond to any of their queries
Ad hoc requests to support the finance team
Requirements
Working knowledge in the Real Estate industry
Qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA)
Immediately available/ 1 week notice period
Consolidations experience
