Cobalt is once again thrilled to be partnering with one of the UK's leading specialists in commercial property and asset management, with over £ 10 billion worth of assets under the management of REITs, Fund Managers, and other proprietors.

About the Role:

You will work strategically with the Head of FM and coordinate with both the FM team and their IT Supply partners with respect to client's portfolios and internal Site IT support requirements. You will work with the Head of Strategy & Operations to review client IT strategies and tender requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate strategically with the Head of FM and the companies IT Supply partners

• Act as the IT lead when the company takes on new portfolios and property work with all Suppliers and work with the Companies mobilisation team to support the safe take on of the new sites, its assets, systems, software, and supply chain

• Lead on the Performance Management of the companies Supply partners across our client's portfolios reporting to the Head of FM

• Where the company is providing Consultancy services to owners of new buildings coming online or out of a major refurbishment support the mobilisation team

Requirements:

• Qualified in project management - PRINCE2, APM, & Agile

• Experience working in a similar role

• Able to deliver outstanding service to internal & external stakeholders alike

• See the big picture & embrace change, including Technology

• Desire to develop oneself, as well as others
