Cobalt Recruitment has been assigned to recruit a Head of Facilities Management for an iconic London events business.

This senior position will report directly to the Operations Director and will have overall responsibility for their multiple sites across the West End of London. You will be the lead on all matters related to the buildings. This will be from managing the day-to-day upkeep to being a key individual for upcoming new projects. Most of the buildings are listed buildings so experience dealing with English Heritage would be a huge bonus.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Developing and maintaining a strategic 5-year plan in relation to PPM's and upgrades.

• Line management of the Building Managers.

• Oversee all reactive maintenance.

• Oversee the development.

• Oversee all major projects.

• Oversee all Health & Safety.

Requirements:

• IOSH/NEBOSH Qualification.

• Experience in working within events space would be preferred.

• Experience in listed buildings is essential.

• Proven experience of working at a senior managerial level in a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong exposure to managing M&E
