Job Title - Head of Change Management

The Opportunity: Head of Change Management - PMO

You will lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
You will be responsible for best-in-class service delivery and effective engagement with wider industry and professional bodies to promote our client.
You will be a recognized expert in PMO and Project Controls, with a strong internal and external network (e.g., clients, contractors, consultancies, and other stakeholders).
Reporting and accountable to the PMO & Delivery Commercial Lead.
Working with the PMO Commercial function and the i-PMO Project Controls Director.
Interface with all functions to update the control budget and provide cost advice.
External interface will be required with several stakeholders including the Client and Delivery Partners.
Ideally will have contributed to the development of specialist processes or procedures or drafting of industry-relevant articles or publications for their specialist field.
Maintaining the Control Budget.
Developing Control Budget Tools.
EAC reporting, trend analysis from Affordable Budget.
Costing change from Handover 1 design to Handover 2 design and recording movement from Affordable Budget.
Ensuring the latest design information is available to Site Performance Reporting Teams and Planning.
Supporting i-PMO (MEH program wide) Project Controls.
Interface with Client governance.

You'll need to have:
Degree Qualification (or Equivalent)
Can achieve Security Clearance (BPSS or Higher)
You'll also have:
Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
Experience managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
