Head of Property Management

I am currently working with a client who are a boutique managing agent based in central London. They are looking to employ a Head of Property Management to manage their supreme high-end portfolio in central London. As well as managing your own small portfolio you will also manage a small property team ensuring that all tasks are carried out to a high standard.

My client requires someone willing to have a hands-on approach, overseeing and supporting the financial management of developments, lead on property reporting as well as monitoring and managing the insurance and health and safety of the portfolio. You will also be required to ensure that all legislation's are implemented across the block management department.

The right candidate will have had previous experience overseeing the tender process and be confident in speaking with clients as you will be required to attend client review meetings and work on client liaison acting as a point of contact for all matters relating to the properties.

Skills required:

• Previous team management experience
• MIRPM qualified
• A clear understanding of health and safety procedures and requirements
• Good customer service skills
• Strong knowledge in setting service charge budgets
• Confident in implementing new policies and ensuring that they are being adhered to

Working hours for this role are Monday- Friday 09:00 - 18:00

The Salary provided is up to £55,000 dependent on experience
