Helpdesk Analyst

£40,000 - £45,000

Our client is a well-known real estate tech company who specialise in TRAMP products; they offer solutions and support to their client portfolio. Their Helpdesk team which this role sits within, is the first point of call for internal and external stakeholders to manage their system issues. They are busier than ever hence they are looking to expand their team from 6 to 7 members. You would be joining a company that has had exceptional steady growth over the past couple of years and this will be continuing. Having TRAMPS experience is essential for this position as well as client facing skills. Being able to deliver high standard client service is critical.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist their client portfolio with TRAMPS, BlueBox, o6ix, and mojo application issues
  • Carry out client enquires with exceptional attitude and record these requests accurately
  • Build and maintain client relationships and make customer support a priority
  • Keep up to date with new products and their procedures to later provide training and support
  • Always follow company policy and portray the business in a positive manner
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks within the given time frame when need be

Personal Specification:

  • Property management exposure/knowledge is vital
  • TRAMPS experience and understand the sequel database it runs on
  • Have client facing skills and deliver a high standard customer care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Coming across confident and enthusiastic
  • Having an approachable personality is key for repeated business
  • Teamwork skills are essential
  • Microsoft SQL experience is a bonus
