This is an exciting opportunity for a HR generalist with a passion for, and experience in D&I to join a very successful National real estate agency in Central London.

The successful candidate will provide first class commercial and professional HR support to designated business groups (circa 100 people) as well as develop, shape and implement their current D&I strategy, helping to embed inclusivity in all that they do.

Our client is at an exciting time in their D&I journey, gaining a lot of momentum and positive feedback from the business and have formulated a strategy for the next 12 months which this role will help refine, develop as needs change and roll out.

The successful individual in this role will be an expert on D&I, sharing your knowledge and best practice across the firm.

Duties

  • Provide professional, commercial and up to date HR advice to Partners and employees across the full remit of the employee life cycle

  • Managing occasional TUPE transfers that arise in your groups

  • Implement the D&I strategy, working closely with the D&I Committee, Partners and HR team using project management skills to manage projects within set time frames

  • Work closely with the HR and marketing teams to raise the profile of D&I activities both internally and externally by creating an internal communication plan

  • Supporting the employee networks we currently have (e.g. LGBTQ+), and assisting in the creation of new internal networks where needed

  • Take ownership of the collection and analysis of ED&I data across all points in the employee life cycle

  • Provide advice and guidance to the HR team on D&I policies and their application, provide advice and challenge team members on applying a D&I lens to our work

  • Actively develop and maintain a network of D&I relationships inside and outside the industry

  • Keep up to date with new legislation, procedures and best practice and incorporate updates to our policies and procedures
