We are currently seeking a talented HRIS Project Lead to join the team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a major HRIS implementation project within a dynamic global organisation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to define project scope and objectives.

  • Manage the end-to-end process of HRIS implementation, from requirements gathering to system configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Communicate project updates and progress effectively to key stakeholders, maintaining alignment with organisational goals.

  • Oversee the seamless migration of HR data to the new system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems for streamlined data flow.

  • Develop and execute robust test plans to validate system functionality and performance.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Lead in HRIS implementations with a preference of PeopleSoft.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and practices.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
