We are currently seeking a talented HRIS Project Lead to join the team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a major HRIS implementation project within a dynamic global organisation.
Role Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to define project scope and objectives.
Manage the end-to-end process of HRIS implementation, from requirements gathering to system configuration, testing, and deployment.
Communicate project updates and progress effectively to key stakeholders, maintaining alignment with organisational goals.
Oversee the seamless migration of HR data to the new system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems for streamlined data flow.
Develop and execute robust test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Lead in HRIS implementations with a preference of PeopleSoft.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and practices.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
