The company portfolio is extremely varied ranging from listed mills to prestigious offices and mixed use development schemes and is expanding rapidly with access to funds allocated for further investment and new acquisitions.

This is an exciting time to join the business and take responsibility for the day to day management of the portfolio and the role is suitable for someone who is confident handling tenant enquires including service charge management and all other tasks to ensure the portfolio runs smoothly.
