Join an exciting property consultancy who are seeking for an interim Credit Controller to join them ASAP in their Edinburgh office. You will be apart of a busy Property Management Accounts team who are skilled and enthusiastic, they're hoping you are too.

Day to day:

  • Recognising and pursuing overdue payments, implementing suitable debt collection measures.
  • Handling the prompt retrieval of outstanding funds via phone calls, emails, and letters.
  • Recording precise diary notes of all recovery actions undertaken.
  • Generating management reports, such as Key Performance Indicators reflecting collection statistics.
  • Collaborating with surveyors and account managers to address necessary actions and provide swift responses to tenant inquiries.
  • Supporting various tasks related to the sales ledger, including issuing invoices, managing VAT receipts, and processing income.

Person Specification:

  • Proficient communicator, comfortable engaging with personnel at all organizational levels.

  • Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.

  • Keen eye for detail.

  • Previous Credit Control experience.
