Our client is a fantastic a leading provider of energy and environmental solutions who are growing their team rapidly and are now looking for a recruitment specialist to join the team and work closely with the Head of HR to build, develop and roll out an exceptional resourcing and talent acquisition function.

The successful candidate will design and implement agile recruitment processes whilst continuing to deliver the day-to-day recruitment activity across the business. This also provides a real opportunity to help build and establish the brand as they continue to expand the HR team.

Key skills

• Proactively work with managers and team leads to pre-empt hiring requirements and create pipelines of talent

• Working knowledge of core HR systems and processes

• Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Recruitment ranging from entry level to senior hires of varying disciplines, in a fast-paced commercial business

• Experience of screening CV's, conducting professional telephone interviews and negotiating candidate packages at offer stage.

• Experience of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders providing exemplary customer service

• Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter is essential
