This is a fantastic opportunity with excellent career progression for a qualified MRICS Surveyor to join the Industrial and Logistics team where you will be dealing with all aspects of industrial agency and development advice.
Letting and sale of existing buildings from inception to completion - initial inspections, providing marketing reports/marketing strategies, implementation of agreed strategy, viewings, negotiations, preparation of heads of terms through to sale/letting
Research and provision of development advice for potential sites, including undertaking appraisals and providing recommendations to clients
Undertaking general search and acquisition advice for occupiers
The ideal candidate will possess:
A proven track record of practice and knowledge, ideally in industrial agency (or desire to work in industrial agency)
Knowledge of commercial sales and lettings
Ability to work as part of a team
Outstanding communication and client-facing skills
Capability to represent the brand in a professional manner
Talent to provide solutions and options when confronted with new situations
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong organisation and time management skills
Post-qualification experience (MRICS) preferred
Basic salary up to £50,000
