Investment Analyst, PRS/BTR

A dynamic PRS/BTR Prop Co is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their growing team. This is a boutique and very well capitalised investment fund which has made a number of transactions in recent months and now need an Analyst to provide support on a multitude of upcoming investments.

The role will include:

· Producing Excel models to appraise residential investments across the UK, typically within the BTR space

· Working across multiple teams, receiving fantastic exposure to the full investment cycle in a boutique environment

· Able to assist in coordinating with JV partners where relevant which include investment banks and international developers

· Able to study towards the APC and become Qualified

The successful candidate will likely be from a Residential Capital Markets/Investment Analyst background, or will be a very strong Graduate applicant.
