A prestigious industrial and logistics investor and developer are currently seeking an Associate Director to join their Investment and Development team based in the Thames Valley (you will also work closely with the London office).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with current/previous knowledge of the industrial and logistics sector that is looking to move into a principal side opportunity from either an Senior/Associate Director Investment, Valuation, Development or Analyst role.

You will be responsible for working closely with the Director to source and acquire new development sites/land across the region, as well as sourcing and generating new pre-let business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Director to create a regional strategy and adopt a dynamic approach to execute it.

  • Identify opportunities to maximise value.

  • Establish and maintain market presence and have a strong network within the Industrial and Logistics market.

  • Promote, design and build new pre-let opportunities.

  • Manage the process from land acquisition though to securing pre-lets.

  • Lead internal and external teams from site identification through to lease signing.

  • Identify and execute sales and acquisitions as part of their capital recycling scheme.

  • Ensure all deals are delivered diligently and commercially.

  • Manage and coordinate bi-annual valuations for the region.

Key Development Management Requirements:

  • Degree qualified and Member of RICS.

  • Experience working within a Valuation, Investment, Development or Analyst position.

  • Highly numerate with excellent knowledge of Argus and Excel.

  • Experience across industrial/logistics/data centres/strategic land market.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be required to work from their Thames Valley and London offices 2-3 days a week, plus the ability to work from home for the remaining week.

Salary will range from £60,000 - £80,000 plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
