Investment Surveyor - Multiple Seniorities

As we continue to originate investments, we require a candidate with proven real estate transactional experience to join this Investment team.

This opportunity is perfect for a focused individual with the ability to establish leads and build a pipeline to secure various property investment opportunities.

Key duties of the Surveyor will include the following:

• Preparing market reports for the acquisition of assets all over the UK

• Taking ownership of the deal throughout the process

• Negotiate with vendors and conduct site appraisals

• Due diligence to secure acquisitions through to legal completion

• Walk through the entire deal with the vendor from the initial meeting through to exchange and completion.

• Setting up acquisitions for onward progression to project delivery and operations

• Assist in the acquisition process through to completion (Meeting with vendors, schedules, leases, and 82 indexation valuations)

• Conduct valuations for current assets and assets for re-sale

You will need to have a full clean driving license.

On offer is a highly competitive salary, vehicle supplied, and a generous profit share of 10% on completed deals which will enable incredible earning potential. You will have to opportunity to make the scope of the role your own.
