A Real Estate Investment Manager that invests into the social housing and health-care sectors is seeking a Lead Portfolio Manager to join their team based in Central London.

This role will involve managing and coordinating various partners to achieve mutual objectives. You will also work closely with their internal Finance and Operations, Asset Management and Transactions teams and engage with the Group Directors.

Key day to day responsibilities include:

  • Manage relationships with all counter-parties and approved providers and care providers to develop a clear idea of current financial and operational performance.

  • Obtain monthly compliance reports and financial statements.

  • Monitor the occupation of new properties within the portfolio.

  • Review financial data and update financial summary, verify occupancy data, obtain financial data and review.

  • Design, prepare and update KPI schedule for the Executive Management review.

  • Work with fund administrators to enhance the monitoring of rent collection, analysis and reporting.

  • Work with the asset management team to ensure there is a co-ordinated approach.

  • Preparation of board reporting and prepare summaries for the Investment Committee/Board Papers across all funds.

Key Portfolio Management Requirements:

  • Degree qualified.

  • Member of RICS or from a operational/financial background.

  • Experience working in the residential/social housing/health-care market.

  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutual objectives.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with their external partners.

  • Ability to review, analyse and present KPI's and data, so decisions and improvements can be made efficiently.

Office based in Central London (flexible working is offered).

Salary from £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus potential.
