Lettings Administrator

Job Title: Lettings Administrator

Location: Chelsea

Salary: Competitive

We are looking for a new member of the team to join a leading property partnership based in Chelsea to help with the ongoing growth of the Lettings Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with all new tenancy agreements within 24 hours of receipt of offer.

  • Offer support and advise to tenants and landlords, know when to refer to third parties or independent solicitors.

  • Prepare invoices, standing orders and rent demands for tenants.

  • Confirm receipt in office signed agreement by both parties, if not chased when required.

  • Produce legal notice on behalf of landlord and processing efficiently and effectively.

  • Preparing any administering for tenant or tenancy changes in regards to the deed of assignment.

  • Securing and issuing inventory check-in reports to landlords and tenants

  • Ensuring the necessary processes and procedures are in place to support compliance.

  • Supporting the team on a daily basis especially in absence of other team members.

  • Notifying the relevant channels and team manager of any potential property issues.

Personal Specification:

  • Experience working within a similar role within Lettings in a residential setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, Excel and Teams

  • Articulate communicator, with oriented customer focused approach.

  • An ability to demonstrate professionalism within the working environment.
