An exciting FTC opportunity has become available for a Lettings Administrator to join a well know Property Management company based in Ilford.
The successful candidate will have some previous Property/Lettings Admin experience.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparation of tenancy documentation
Prepare and arrange signing of tenancy documentation
Dealing with pre-tenancy enquiries
Registering of deposits with Tenancy Deposit Scheme
Updating and maintaining correct information on the internal systems
Ensuring all tenancy files are completed
Responsible for checking and approving lettings invoices
Supporting the Property Management team
Key Skill:
Good customer service
Must work well in a team
Experience in the property sector
