Lettings Administrator

An exciting FTC opportunity has become available for a Lettings Administrator to join a well know Property Management company based in Ilford.

The successful candidate will have some previous Property/Lettings Admin experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of tenancy documentation

  • Prepare and arrange signing of tenancy documentation

  • Dealing with pre-tenancy enquiries

  • Registering of deposits with Tenancy Deposit Scheme

  • Updating and maintaining correct information on the internal systems

  • Ensuring all tenancy files are completed

  • Responsible for checking and approving lettings invoices

  • Supporting the Property Management team

Key Skill:

  • Good customer service

  • Must work well in a team

  • Experience in the property sector
