Cobalt is partnering with one of the largest managing agents in the UK who are looking for an experienced accountant to join their business.
This position is perfect for someone who wants to work in a supportive and inclusive team. The ideal individual will have a strong background in accounting and ideally have some property/lettings experience.
Key Responsibilities
Processing tenant deposit returns payments.
Managing daily payments to Landlords.
Spotting inconsistencies and taking the appropriate action.
Importing renewal deals.
Processing terminations.
About You
Experience working in an accounts position - ideally within Property/Lettings.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Ability to manage workload and stay calm under pressure from tight deadlines.
