Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the general performance of the lettings function
Managing a team of lettings administrator
Monitoring KPIs and other metrics
Implementing strategies and programs regarding resident engagement
Property Management for a diverse portfolio
Carrying out market research and surveys
Overseeing the tenancy management process for renters
Managing renewals
Issuing relevant section notices when necessary and managing end of tenancy
