Salary: £40,000 + Discretionary bonus

Cobalt are pleased to be representing one of the industry's leading BTR focused businesses, to help with their recruitment for a Lettings Manager to oversee the lease up of one of their flagship properties in North West London.

This business have a leading reputation across the property industry, and have a great growth trajectory within the sector, developing some of the finest rental accommodation in London.

The role:

This position will be to lead their lettings offering on an impressive, 300+ unit site that offers high-spec flats and amenities in a desirable location, very commutable to the city centre.

**BTR Experience essential for this position**

Responsibilities include:

• Driving rental revenue for development, ensuring that the property is at high occupancy.

• Overseeing the general performance of the lettings function.

• Managing a team of lettings administrator.

• Monitoring KPIs and other metrics.

• Implementing strategies and programs regarding resident engagement.

• Carrying out market research and surveys.

• Overseeing the tenancy management process for renters.

• Managing renewals.

• Issuing relevant section notices when necessary and managing end of tenancy.

This is an extremely unique opportunity for someone currently working in a lettings position to either step up into a manager role, or just to progress their career within Built to Rent.
