Lettings Portfolio Manager (ARLA Qualified)

£55,000 - £60,000

Monday - Friday (9:30am - 5:30pm)

Our client is a highly prestigious property manager, investor and developer based in the Chelsea area. They are looking for an ARLA-qualified property management professional to join their experienced team to oversee their characterful and distinctive portfolio of high-end properties.

Key Tasks/ Responsibilities

​

• Line Manager responsibility and support for Portfolio Team of three people (MM, EN and AJ), handling appraisals and reviews and acting as deputy to the Team Leader

• Responsible for Prime Portfolio of 60+ properties (our High Net Worth customers) To include:

• All aspects of the marketing and letting process,

• Negotiating and progressing tenancy renewals, and approving rent reviews,

• Completing termination procedures at the end of tenancies, including the

• return of deposit,

• Handling all queries from these customers throughout their tenancy.

• Oversee and manage Portfolio and tenancy processes, including our relationships with Agents, internal processes, keeping up to date with legislation, dealing with queries from difficult tenants across the Estate and acting as a first point of escalation for complaints.

Candidate must have (essential):

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the residential lettings sector, preferably within

• Central London

• A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a team

• A suitable academic background; relevant qualifications in Maths and English

• ARLA qualified (or higher)

• Highest level of written and verbal communication

• Evidence of an excellent track record in Portfolio Management
