Salary: Up to £37,000 + Discretionary bonus
Location: Manchester (Hybrid working)

Cobalt are pleased to be representing one of the industry's leading BTR focused businesses, to help with their recruitment for a Lettings Team Manager to oversee lettings side of their business.

This business have a leading reputation across the property industry, and have a great growth trajectory within the sector, bringing on some of the finest rental accommodation in the UK.

The role:

To co-ordinate the daily Lettings function of the business with a clear focus on service delivery to ensure residents receive a best in class first experience.

The role will be focused on minimising void levels on available and upcoming properties across the portfolio, whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered consistently.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving rental revenue for development, ensuring that the property is at high occupancy

• Overseeing the general performance of the lettings function

• Managing a team of lettings administrator

• Monitoring KPIs and other metrics

• Implementing strategies and programs regarding resident engagement

• Carrying out market research and surveys

• Overseeing the tenancy management process for renters

• Managing renewals

• Issuing relevant section notices when necessary and managing end of tenancy
