Job Description: They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of their properties, ensuring they are in excellent condition at all times. You will work closely with their property management team and external contractors to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance budget and ensuring cost-effective solutions. The role will be looking after up to 1000 residential units across London.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities for their properties.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and manage the maintenance budget.
Liaise with the property management team and external stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Provide regular reports on maintenance activities and performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance management or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
