Maintenance Operative

Cobalt are working with a large (and growing) managing agent to find a Maintenance Operative to oversee the upkeep of a portfolio of buildings in Denham.

The role will include tasks listed below, but are not limited to:

• Carry out a daily visual inspection of the property and report any damage/required repairs to the Area office.

• Ensure all common parts lighting are in good working order, and ensure adequate spares are on hand.

• Conduct regular inspections on health and safety equipment.

• Carry out regular site inspections and identify any potential hazards that may arise.

• Provide site access to all contractors and visitors where necessary.

• Assist Handyperson/Gardener in carrying out general maintenance duties on the development.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in providing grounds and maintenance support within a similar role, and be a proven problem-solver.
