Maintenance Operative - JN74141

Cobalt is working with a residential developer who is looking to hire a Maintenance Operative on an interim basis for a PRS estate in Salford. You'll form part of the established team on-site, helping to ensure a first-class proactive and reactive maintenance service is provided on site. Our client is potentially looking for this role to become permanent after the initial 8 week interim period but this is not guaranteed. This role will also involve occasional weekend work (once per month roughly with time off given in lieu)

Key responsibilities will include:

• Site inspections;

• Painting and decorating;

• Generalist maintenance to building fabric;

• Refuse management;

• Window cleaning;

• and other ad hoc tasks as may arise.

Our client is looking for someone with a good generalist maintenance experience who relishes a social role with plenty of variety.
