A Management Accountant is required within a Global large Real Estate Developer with a number of investments across the world and multiple billion investment value.

This would be an ideal role for a finalist ACA/ACCA or part qualified individual coming a similar real estate business or looking for their first step into industry from audit practice.

The Management Accountant role will have opportunity to get involved in various large projects, working closely with the Finance Manager and reporting directly to the Finance Director.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of underlying schedules and reconciliations and monthly management accounts for designated entities

• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting and cash flows for projects

• Responsible for transactions processing including the Accounts Payable process, general ledger postings, and purchasing orders for the designated entities and projects

• Working with deadlines to obtain funding and turnaround payments, ownership of monthly bank drawdown process

• Confer directly with suppliers, bankers and the company's professional advisers to ensure payments

• Weekly bank reconciliations

• Preparation of VAT and CIS returns, working with the tax team to respond to tax queries

Key Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified or studying towards the qualification

• Real Estate experience ideally in a large developer or in audit

• Relevant experience in management accounting

• Analytically minded, technically strong individual

• Ability to analyse Excel based financial models
