£60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

Cobalt are currently working with one of Europe's premium real estate companies, with a large portfolio of flagship assets, spread across major cities.

Our client is looking for a commercially minded candidate to join their FP&A team. The successful applicant will be expected to provide insightful management information in order to support company decision making.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the Head of FP&A in both the preparation and distribution of management accounts. As well as preparation and analysis of the group's business plan and regular reforecasts.

• Provide detailed analysis of information for inclusion in the annual / half yearly reports and investor presentations.

• Monitor the financial performance of the group's principal competitors.

• Co-ordinate the preparation of monthly finance reports for distribution to the Board.

• Become a super-user of the company's financial system as well as develop the in-house management accounts model.

• Build and maintain good internal relationships to improve financial awareness in within the business.

• Build a network of relationships with the group's key external advisers and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

• Understanding of real estate and IFRS financial accounting

• Systems and reporting enhancement capabilities / experience

• Commercially aware with an inquisitive nature
