£60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

Cobalt is currently supporting a leading Real Estate Investment company in London in their search for a Management Accountant to join their team on a fixed term contract basis.

Our client is looking for a Management Accountant to join their Finance team, to support and own projects. The successful candidate will prepare the monthly management accounts. Reporting into the Finance Manager this role will assist with the quarterly account preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals, and prepayments

• Weekly bank reconciliations

• Preparation of VAT returns

• Quarterly account preparation

• Liaising with property mangers

• Support the audit process

• Get involved with the annual budgeting

• Ad hoc support to wider finance team

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified Accountant

• Experience in Real Estate

• Good communicator, both written and verbal

• Strong Excel skills
