Up to £33,000 plus car allowance + benefits

This is a great opportunity to join a leading regional practice within a busy Building Surveying department. My client works with a number of local and national clients, operating across South Yorkshire and the East Midlands.

The team is looking to appoint an MRICS Building Surveyor. The role will involve but will not be limited to, the completion of surveys, design specifications, contract administration, Project Management, Dilapidation reports and other neighbourly issues across a diverse portfolio of clients. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a similar RICS accredited course

• Chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)

• Experience of both professional and project work. Training can be given if lacking in one of the two areas

• A team player who is keen to develop their building consultancy experience within an experienced team.
