My client is one of the UK's leading providers of Corporate Real Estate services in the UK and they have an immediate requirement for an MRICS Estates Surveyor to join one of their regional offices. The appointed Estates Surveyor will deliver estate management services to a number of clients regionally.

Candidates will possess a general practice background having worked for either a corporate, public or private sector business. With experience of property management, you will have worked with either investor or occupier clients and must possess demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to the role. With strong IT skills and sound numerical and analytical skills, you will have a solid understanding of client delivery and service. This role would suit a qualified MRICS Surveyor, however, full consideration will be given to candidates in the process of completing their APC.
