New Home Sales Negotiator

One of London's leading independent estate agencies who pride themselves in offering fantastic customer service, exceptional communication and delivering the right results, is looking for an experienced new home sales negotiator to join their team in Central London.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will play a key part in matching buyers with suitable properties across developments in London and supporting them in the sales process from initial enquiry through to their final move on the day.

Role:

  • Working on behalf of developer clients to secure the sales of their properties for the best possible price within the planned time scales

  • Providing excellent customer service in accordance with the company standards

  • Registering and qualifying all potential buyers, ensuring all necessary information is requested and recorded accurately, in accordance with the company's service standards

  • Ensuring relevant marketing literature is provided to buyers

  • Working proactively to ensure all properties are exposed to the maximum number of potential buyers

  • Arranging viewing appointments by ensuring they are relevant and appropriate for the potential buyer.

  • Providing viewing feedback to client and the local office

  • Establish the financial position of every buyer and secure a first appointment with a company Financial Services Advisor

  • Ensuring that each sale is progressed effectively in accordance with the deadline set by the client

  • Regularly updating local sales offices with current key activity statistics for each relevant development

  • Attending marketing sale launches and initiatives when requested

  • Ensuring all business activity is conducted as required by law and in accordance with company policies and legislation including Consumer Protection Regulations (2008), Consumer Code for Home Builders and CDM requirements

  • Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate divisions

  • Supporting the team in the effort to achieve divisional goals and objectives

  • Working honestly and with integrity, reinforcing the company's professional reputation

Requirements:

  • Previous new home sales experience

  • Confident, highly motivated and driven individual

  • Passion for offering excellent customer service to all stakeholders

  • Proven track record in property sales

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

  • Local property knowledge desirable
